The 50 Cent and Young Buck situation has settled with Young Buck’s closest ‘friends’ choosing to ride with 50 Cent; close, as in, I saved his life, but if his Bentley is repo’d, that’s the game. It should be no surprise that Funkmaster Flex is on 50 Cent’s side. He’s always going to sit where the VIPs are sipping the finest and stacking towerful paper.

For the past couple of weeks rumors have floated that Rick Ross and Foxy Brown are a couple. Not only have they hooked up, Foxy Brown is supposedly moving to Miami to be closer to “the boss.”

The latest (and greatest) is that Rick Ross asked Foxy Brown to marry him and she accepted; Ross and Fox are on the cover of the new Hip-Hop Weekly with all the littered details.

MTV caught up with Rick Ross in L.A. and popped the question. He didn’t deny they were a couple, but he waved the engagement off,
“Nah, nah, nah. The engagement is just speculation. I’m married to the money.”

What I find amazing is Foxy Brown hops fresh out of jail and not a second later, ‘snags’ one of the hottest rappers of the moment. As if Rick Ross doesn’t have ‘any’ ass available on call. Is the Na Na that ill? << *da da da dun*

The only movie to see this weekend is “Wanted” starring Angelina Jolie. Common also makes a splash in the movie. He’s quietly building a serious acting resume and cashing checks bigger than any he’s earned with a microphone. With a new album due this summer, it helps to keep the music pure when eating isn’t dependent on gold or platinum plaques. At this point for Common, hip-hop is the gravy: you’d like some, but butter and salt is just fine.

In a press interview Common spoke on mingling with Hollywood’s elite.

“For me coming from a musical background, just being able to be part of a film that has Morgan Freeman, Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy. That’s just one of them things that you call home like, “Man, I’m in a movie with ..{laughs}.. with Morgan Freeman and Angelina.. {laughs some more} .. Cause these are people that are legends. You know, obviously Morgan Freeman is a legend, historic and a master.

With Wanted I liked the story and the idea of being a part of something that is progressive and fresh. I was reading the script it made my imagination spark. It felt new to me.”

Did “Wanted” Feel New to These People?

Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West’s mother Donda West, was arrested in California on Thursday for driving drunk and without a valid license. Adams’ Jaguar XJ8 was spotted about 2:30 in the morning, entering the freeway in Solano County going in the wrong direction.

As Adams obliviously zipped along into oncoming traffic, several drivers speed dialed 911 and police swooped in to pull him over. “License and registration..” A computer check popped up that his drivers license was suspended in 2006 for driving drunk in a previous incident.

Jan Adams was taken into Solano County jail - for obvious reasons.

The question to ask is does he drink before or after work?

I’m just saying, Kanye could get a malpractice suit going if it’s discovered Adams keeps a pocket bottle of vodka in his doctor’s jacket.

In case you don’t Drudge, the latest headline is one Al Gore will surely bookmark and email blast to all global warming skeptics.

There is supposed to be ice at the North Pole, not open water,” said Mark Serreze of the US National Snow and Ice Data Centre in Colorado.

The positive part to the earth getting hotter than a Pop Tart is the North Pole could become the next celebrity summer hangout spot.

Last night was Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday celebration dinner.
Of course the who’s who of celebrities were there. Besides being a birthday party, this was a very fashionable event and people stepped out last night in some very stylish looks.

As always Forest Whitaker and his wife Keisha looked elegant and chic. When dressing for an event they always compliment each other well.

I love Oprah, but I am not loving this outfit. There is too much volume in the entire look. From the skirt to the sleeves on the shirt it all looks a bit to much. I do like the fan inspired clutch she is wearing.

Naomi can almost wear anything and make it look good. Sheer clothing is actually in style right now, however this type of dress is not for everyone and will not look good on everyone.

I love Leona Lewis’ grecian strapless dress. The color looks great on her, and the touch of gold accessories goes perfectly with her entire look.

Nicole Scherzinger and date Formula 1 race car driver Lewis Hamilton, looked good together. Nicole’s outfit was sexy yet demure.

The best dressed couple in Hollywood, Will and Jada, looked fabulous last night. I love Will’s tie that he paired with his suit, and Jada is stunning in this olive green dress, with the teal collar. The red pumps added a great pop of color to the whole outfit.
