This past weekend The Pussycat Doll’s Melody Thornton celebrated her 24th birthday (her born date is Sept. 28) at a private party at Les Deux in Los Angeles, California. It could have doubled for an album release party, PCD’s new album Doll Domination comes out tomorrow.

Her sister Nichole (bug eyed in the back) was in the club and for whatever reason, Eddie Murphy was there as well. Odd only because he was the only other celebrity face in the place.

Imagine your only other celebrity friend is Eddie Murphy. I mean that in a good way.

I want to say there is something going on between them, but despite suggestive cream licking.. Melody told USA Today she’s got the goods on froze and isn’t looking for a thaw anytime soon.

“To me, you’re born into this world alone, and you leave it alone.” Thornton is “abstinent.” “I don’t understand the concept of trying to find someone else to complete you.”
