The Five Spot - Janet Jackson “Feedback” aka ‘the most successful leak ever!’
If you have Toya tell it, Janet Jackson’s latest single has been posted on 1.34 million blogs all across this round planet in a little over five hours time. I love Toya’s spot, but she’s a big fan of Janet Jackson, so she might be waving the flag a little high and hard..“Radio stations across the country has been swamped with hundreds of thousands of phone calls to play the song, making ‘Feedback’ the most successful debut leak in music history. .. Major radio station websites has been stalled because traffic for the song spiked at nearly ninety per cent. It is also reported that no other leak has generated this much buzz and anticipation EVER! And the shocking thing about it is that the song hasn’t even been released yet. The song is a CERTIFIED hit already. Absolutely amazing! Go Janet!”
Yeah, there’s some flag waving going on there. haha.
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the song was leaked with the name “Feedback,” the powers that be (JD) wants to know if the direction they are taking with her new album is working before it drops. For all the publicity and Jermaine Dupri’s usual platinum touch, Janet Jackson’s 20 Y.O. was a major sales flop, but check the work habits of a champion, she got right back in the studio to show Penny still got game. Barring snowstorms and hurricane force winds that tend to push albums down the calendar, her new album is due February 2008.
Oh, “Feedback?” I likes.
☼ What's Your Opinion? ☼
This is actually a good Janet song.
“FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!” “FEEDBACK IS HOT!HOT!”

Miss Jackson is definitely bringing her ‘A’ game this time around.
I love this song!
Why does everybody keep saying JD like he has something to do with the album? He isn’t on it at all. LA Reid executive produced the album. JD doesn’t even appear as a producer on it.
By the way its called “Discipline”
down here, the radio stations have been playing NON-STOP.
i love this song. i was out to a club last night, and the deejay was spinning this. again, I LOVE THIS SONG. JANET IS BACK!!!
oh yeah, Jermaine Dupri did NOT produce this song. Antonio “LA” Reid is the EXECUTIVE PRODUCER FOR THE ENTIRE ALBUM.
Janet new sound rocks the PLANET!!!
I don’t have to wait for Jan.07-radio releases.
Because “FEEDBACK” is already shakin the world.
congrats jj. We love U !!!!
JD has nothing to do with this, or Janet anymore. Wake up.
LA Reid is behind Janet’s career now.
The one and only, not to be duplicated, Ms. Jackson! Stop hatin’ and give it to the girl, she’s a bad b****!!! People keep talkin about her, even her so-called flops as they say, wasn’t a flop…lol The girl is an ICON, so just give her credit where it’s due!
WORK JANET! FEEDBACK IS THE BUSINESS!
Janet is da bomb…Always have and always will!!! Keep it coming I cant wait for the album…........I am feeling FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!
my¨“feedback” is this song is HOT!!
As they say, her failures have triumphed over so many people’s successes.
She is the baddest bitch in the game. Talent, grace and class beyond believe!
this song is a hit!
congrats to janet and the production team!
janet i allways loved you baby girl i hit you up before this poped you so why not janet im telling you that im one your sister sike nah but i just feel like that hit me up some time
no JD did not produce the song, but he is listed as a producer on the album…go to her myspace page and check the press release: http://www.myspace.com/janetjackson.
other producers listed include The Dream, Dallas Austin, Tricky Stewart and Rodney Jerkins who is the producer of “Feedback”.
this album is definitely gonna be a smash if this song is a taste of what’s to come. MTV had really better listen up and give Janet her much deserved shine. nipplegate was what four years ago? and they still won’t play any of her music/videos….they’re really gonna miss out if they don’t get on the bandwagon…
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! JANET!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! PEE! PEE! PEE! I LOVE IT!!!!
BTW: YES, L.A. REID IS TOTALLY OVER THIS ALBUM AND JD IS PRODUCING MARIAH’S UPCOMING. IT’S SAID TO BE A “FRIENDLY” RIVALRY BTWN REID AND JD TO SEE WHO PRODUCES THE BETTER ALBUM OR WHOSE IS A BIGGER I SHOULD SAY.
OMG!... This is definitley a Janet classic!...I’m lovin’ “Feedback” and can’t wait for the new video and album…. Look out world Janet is back!
Work it out Janet!
Janet you are SOOOOOO HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let the nay-sayers pucker up and kiss your ROYAL azz. This song is so HOT i had to open the windows - and its like -7 degrees celsius over here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wasn’t feelin it at first, although the beat had me but after a few listens “Feedback” is soooo the shit. Was scared when they said JJ wasnt workin with Jam and Lewis no more. But I’m alright now. But at least they could have worked a slow jam on the joint. Much love Miss Jackson. Your fans are waiting and the world is YOURS. Take that shit!!!!
THIS SONG KICKS AZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ BIG TIME!!!
This song is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! I better be hearing it on the radio & see it on MTV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like every other song on the radio today. Over processed - same beat - synthed out crap. Yo musicless people, remember when people actually played instruments? Yeah they actually wrote songs, then played an instrument to them.
This calculated promotional propaganda “leak” is as obvious as her “tit” stunt to gain attention. OBVIOUS! Is it Baboon Day?
Simply a good song.
Please go to this site and vote for Feedback! http://www.janet-design.com/request/
She’s gonna flop again and I love it!!!!!!
The song is good, but I wish Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis were involved in production of Discipline. This way I would feel confident that the album would be a success.
