Alicia Keys Celebrates “As I Am” Release at The Grand
Last night Alicia Keys continued the exhale portion of an album release: you know, parties and TV appearances to talk about the inspiration behind the music. J Records held their official soiree for Alicia at The Grand in New York City.
Check the entrance: not a classier chick in the spotlight right now.
Her dude, Kerry “Krucial” Brothers aka ‘struck the lottery’ was there too.
Who this guy is isn’t important, the look on his face pays the price of admission.
John Mayer and Talib Kweli in their B-Boy stances.
See the kid in the middle? That’s Rich Hilfiger, of the Tommy Hilfigers. “Rich’ isn’t a play on words, his name is Rich.
Talib made sure to get flicked, he was everywhere, this time with Alica and DJ EQ.
Another one of those “picture says it all” shots.
Anyone that knows who this is gets an I AM Hip-Hop platinum dipped certificate.

☼ What's Your Opinion? ☼
Isnt that Heather B .......
Umm, yeah. Does that mean I have to come up with that certificate 😊
that bitch is fine
the dude with the “deer-meet-headlight” expression is AK’s manager Jeff Robinson
The dude in the other “picture-says-it-all” shot, is Kingpin aka J.Conrad Robinson (Jeff Robinson’s brother and the one who discovered Alicia Keys)
Alicia’s boyfriend’s name is not Krucial Keys. Krucial Keys is the name of their production company. His name is Kerry “Krucial” Brothers.
I knew Krucial’s government name, not the PD company though. I wrote Krucial Keys thinking,“Man, that’s so cheese, Alicia and Krucial KEYS?” Either way, I stand firm on lottery winner. Haha.
Has to be Heather B.!
At least Heather is taking care of her gums and teeth.. Good Lord..
this was so mest up i love Beyonce shes the best and to beyonce i still love u and i hope u feel great but it doesnt mater wat happened at the concert cuz u still looked awesome
u got the wrong page dumbass
Keep doin your thang Ms. Keys. I love all of your work. Love the album, but not as much as The Diary of Alicia Keys. By favorite so far. So real and personal. Still have it in my iPhone next to Mary J. Blige’s classic: What’s the 411?.
